He has been recognized as the Best Salesperson of the Year for South Asia Pacific region in 2011, and was rated highest in all-India sales (new key accounts) during 2006-07. He has had significant exposure in National as well as International Business Development and has travelled to more than 20 countries across 4 continents during his corporate career. Shaji has worked in various departments of Companies like Century Enka Ltd., HCL Infinet Ltd., Docomo InterTouch India, iBAHN India etc. Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Shaji was Country Manager for FCS India.
